I have been in the cable industry for 26 years, and with Charter/Spectrum for 22 of those. I have moved through all ranks starting with installation and service, warehouse, system tech, system tech lead, Supervisor and Manager. I have been on both sides of the business from Fulfillment to Maintenance and have worked in all areas across GA. I am currently the Maintenance Manager for South GA and have been in this role going on three years now. I have been on the SCTE board since 2011 and it has been very exciting. I am happy to be a part of an organization that cares so much about giving back to our industry.

I’ve been a member of the cable telecommunications industry for over 36 years. I’m currently the V.P. of Operations for FHG Solutions, a full-service installation and construction contractor serving the Southeast. Prior to moving to FHG, I worked with Truenet Communications and Comcast where I’ve worked in various rolls from technician all the way up to senior director. I’ve been serving on the Chattahoochee SCTE board since 1999. My goal/focus as a Chattahoochee board member is continuing to see us provide training/access to cutting edge technologies, not only for our MSO members, but also would like to work to see more involvement from our contract/business partners. I see this as a growing part of our industry and as a board we need to be ready for the coming growth.

In 1991, Sadie joined the cable industry working with Turner Broadcasting Systems. Following the time with Turner, she worked for a small operator and as a programmer in network affiliate sales.

Her most relevant experience will be the almost 19 years working at ARRIS. When she began at what was then known as ANTEC, it was a small company with big plans. She presently supports the Cox Corporate Account for ARRIS and is primarily focused on Networking, Access, Video and Professional Services components of the ARRIS portfolio.

“I have been fortunate enough to be a part of the company’s great growth and the delivery of quality products that meet our customer’s needs. It has been a great experience to be growing along with our industry.”

While at ARRIS, she has represented the company’s extensive product portfolio to customers across, the southeast and mid-Atlantic. Previously, she garnered SCTE Board experience serving the Piedmont Chapter in the Carolinas and with the Louisiana chapter.

In addition to the SCTE, she is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications. She believes there are unique opportunities for WICT and SCTE to work together to encourage more women to enter the technical side of our business.

Sadie’s goal is to support the Chattahoochee chapter in meeting the needs of our membership -- their professional growth, personal development and networking.
